Uryu's battle with Cirucci continues. Watching from the shadows, Pesche decides to help. Using his Infinite Slick ability, he disables her zanpakuto and causes her to fall from the raised platforms. Annoyed, Cirucci releases her zanpakuto, transforming into a giant bird with bladed wings. Unable to counter her abilities with his arrows alone, Uryu pulls one of the tubes from his belt, which produces a powerful energy blade which easily slices through her winged blade attacks.
